Alexander
Kimberly Alexander of Bozeman, Montana is a longtime beauty industry professional, salon leader, educator, and community-focused entrepreneur with more than 36 years of experience in cosmetology and salon management.
Her background includes education in fashion design, interior design, fashion merchandising, and modeling before attending cosmetology school at Crevior Academy of Cosmetology. She opened her first salon in 1990 and later earned her instructor’s license in 2001 while opening a second salon.

With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, I have proudly been part of the team at Capellis Salon since 2004. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in advanced continuing education programs across the United States and Europe, allowing me to stay inspired by the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in beauty and hair design.
I am proud to work alongside a strong, passionate, and driven team that shares a commitment to creativity, professionalism, and exceptional client care. What I love most about this industry is that there is always something new to learn. I truly enjoy what I get to do every day and continue to embrace the growth, artistry, and connection that the beauty industry has to offer.
Kelle
Guilford
Born and raised in Idaho, Kelle has been with Capelli’s since 2011. She offers a wide variety of services, including hair extensions, coloring, and cutting. Kelle is certified in Hand Tied, Keratin Bond, and Flat Beaded Weft extensions, as well as Toppers, Brazilian Blow Out and Deva Curl. Continuing education is always her top priority, ensuring she stays up to date on the latest products and techniques so every service is exceptional and long-lasting. She has traveled extensively across the United States and abroad, including England and Spain, to attend advanced training programs and fashion industry events. In fall 2019, she was part of the styling team for Metropolitan Fashion Week in Los Angeles, CA. While she is passionate about photo shoots and fashion shows, her favorite aspect of her work is hair extensions. Kelle loves being in a creative environment where she can help people feel confident and beautiful. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family (including her black lab, Carter), taking advantage of Montana’s great outdoors, and cheering on the MSU Bobcats.

Growing up in the Midwest and calling Montana home since 2005, I’ve always appreciated the value of genuine connections and making people feel welcome. For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of working at Capelli Salon, where I get to combine my creativity and passion for hair every day.
I love all aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, coloring, extensions, wedding hair, and special event styling. Whether you're looking for a subtle refresh, a complete transformation, or the perfect style for a special occasion, I’m always excited to help bring your vision to life.
Hair is truly my passion, and I love meeting new clients and building lasting relationships. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming experience where you feel heard, cared for, and confident in your look. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll likely find me enjoying Montana’s beautiful outdoors.

A Flathead native, Marci graduated from Crevier's Cosmetology in 2010. She was awarded “Best Hairstylist" in the Flathead area in 2016 and then came to Bozeman in 2017. She’s very passionate about what she does and believes there is no greater feeling than making someone feel beautiful. She strives to do that with creativity, conversations and customer service. In her spare time, Marci enjoys motorcycle rides, golfing, and snuggles with her American bully-pitbull, Kona.

Britt Barnard has called Capelli's home for all 13 years of her career — and in that time, she's become known for work that goes beyond the appointment. Specializing in precision cutting for men and women, balayage, and a full range of color and care services including extensions, Brazilian blowouts, and specialty treatments, Britt brings both technical proficiency and an instinct for what truly suits each guest.
What drives Britt's work is the unique blend of artistry and technique that hairstyling demands. She's passionate about translating that knowledge into results that feel personal and wearable — hair that fits your real life, not just the salon chair.
When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Britt deep in a fantasy novel, rewatching sci-fi classics, or being supervised by her three cats.
Deandra
Johannesen
Deandra is a Montana Native who grew up in Northern Montana on Cobblestone Ranch. The week after graduating from high school, Deandra ventured to Minnesota to start her journey in Cosmetology. She graduated with a 4.0 in 2019 and decided to come back to Montana and start her career at Capellis. Deandra specializes in balayage, color correction, and cuts to make your hair dreams come true.
Sairee
Garcia
For Sairee, hair is equal parts art, problem-solving, and self-expression. Having worked in the beauty industry since 2011, she loves helping guests achieve looks that feel authentic to them—whether that's a seamless lived-in blonde, a vivid fashion color, or a major color correction.
Outside the salon, Sairee spends her time silversmithing, creating jewelry, and traveling. She believes creativity doesn't stop at the salon door, and she brings that same curiosity, skill, and enthusiasm into every appointment.

Annie graduated from the Academy of Cosmetology in Bozeman, MT in September 2020. Before starting professional training, hair, makeup and nails were beginning to grow as a passion of hers. Nothing gives her more joy than to see a face gleam with happiness after a fresh cut or a new color. Continuing her training and education in the field helps with learning new tips and tricks, to make every moment of the client's appointment feel like they are the main character.

Abby is a new stylist who recently graduated from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology school in Washington state, and made the move to Bozeman! Although she is new to the industry, she’s been doing hair for her friends and family for years. Giving every guest a personalized and comfortable experience as well as great results is her passion.

Lily was raised in the official “middle of nowhere”-rural Glasgow, MT. With limited activities & limited salon resources, Lily quickly found a passion in makeup & skincare; starting with participating in the local community summer theatre. Her interest quickly blossomed into doing friend’s makeup for proms, homemade skincare remedies, at-home spa days for family, and even wedding makeup for friends & family. After deciding to turn that passion into a career, Lily graduated High School and immediately attended Health Works Institute in Bozeman; she has been practicing as a Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist since 2017. Her favorite part of her career is making her clients feel confident & comfortable in their skin. Having friends & family from all walks of life, it’s very important for her to provide a safe & inclusive space for everybody. Lily offers a wide range of services ranging from various ultra-relaxing facials, full body waxing, lash lifts & tints, eyebrow tinting & laminations, and makeup applications for all occasions. She values product quality, cleanliness, and connecting with each and every client. When not in the salon, you can find her in the gym or fun workout classes, napping, spending time with her family & friends, or exploring Montana & beyond with her Husband, Logan, and their two dogs, Archie and Bear.

Kohl ensures every guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful. She loves to tailor your appointment to your needs, whether that’s goofing around, catching up on big live events, or relaxing from the typical noisy life. Outside the salon, she finds inspiration in all things outdoors.

Ellie’s path in the beauty world began in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley and led her all the way to New York City at just 17. After four years in the fashion industry as a model, she discovered her true passion wasn’t in the spotlight—it was behind the scenes, creating it. She returned to Montana to refine her craft, graduating from the Academy of Cosmetology in Bozeman in January of 2022. Today, Ellie specializes in bringing out each client’s natural beauty with customized looks that enhance their features and reflect their personality. She’s known not only for her eye for fashionable detail, but for the genuine connections she builds with every client.
